Strange Light and a Scream in the Forest Near an Old Dacha

Over the years of reading threads on this kind of topic on all sorts of forums, I've come across stories like this many times. The light has been white, and bluish, and orange, and greenish too I think.
I've also seen a strange light in the forest myself once. From the early 2000s (when we were still schoolkids), until the end of them (when we were already students), every summer the three of us would go to the dacha with my school buddies. The plot was old, from the early '70s, and surrounded on all sides by dense mixed forest. There weren't many people there, and on weekdays there was nobody at all. It was an unpopular spot, the bus only ran on weekends.
So anyway, we loved wandering around along the forest at night. And at some point we saw a light too. An ordinary one, like from an incandescent bulb, only the "bulb" itself wasn't visible, just a steady light. My buddy, whose dacha it was, said there was supposedly an apiary in the forest, so the light was coming from there. Strange, considering we'd never seen light in that spot before. We decided to go there the next night - there was no light at all. Later, when the internet and Google Maps appeared, I confirmed that there was no apiary there and never had been.
Another time, it was 2004 or 2005, at night we heard in that same forest, at that same dacha, only in a different spot, not where the light had been, a terrifying scream. A man's. Fucking terrifying, at the top of his lungs, full of pain and despair it seemed. It screamed once, and then silence. We all shit ourselves pretty bad and thought the same thing - some guy had been killed. Though it's strange that the scream seemed really close, like 100 meters, 200 max from us, but there were no other sounds besides that scream, neither before nor after. No rustling, no snapping branches, no talking - nothing. And the forest there is fucking dense: deadfall, waist-high ferns and trees packed close together. In the dark you'd definitely make a ton of noise moving around, we tried it.
Anyway, I think that the NEH [unknown fucking thing] tries to lure you into the forest with performances like that. And what happens if you go check what's glowing/screaming there, I don't know. Maybe nothing at all, or maybe you vanish without a trace forever. But the creepiest thing in situations like this is that the eyewitness considers himself just a random observer, when in fact this whole concert is meant specifically for him.
