Mother's Double in the Apartment
Notestrong language
There was a second similar case: I was sitting, playing on the computer in my room, mom said she was going to the store, I asked her to grab something to drink and something for tea, and then went back to playing. About twenty minutes pass, I glance sideways — mom walks down the hallway to the toilet, opens the door and goes in. Without tearing myself away from the computer, I go: "Mooom, did you buy something tasty???" Silence. I go again: "MOOOM.." (and then it hits me that I closed the door behind her). Fuck, that rattled me hard, I didn't give a shit about the match anymore, I closed the door to my room and waited for the real mom (who only came about 20 minutes later).

Possible ordinary explanations
Suggested by the editor, not the witness. Not a verdict.
- He may have misperceived a shadow or reflection in his peripheral vision.
- He might have been absorbed in the game and imagined the figure out of habit.
- Someone else in the household could have walked by, mistaken for his mother.
