Father's Double in the Apartment at Night

The third, fourth, fifth… etc. times I don't remember in chronological order, but if you dig up my social media messages, I think it could be established. I'll tell about the one when I was already 16.
I was often too lazy to make my bed in my room and I slept in the living room on the couch. Night, it was around one o'clock. (It wasn't dark, more like twilight, any object was distinguishable). I was lying there, scrolling VK, chatting with someone. Then my old man walks past, goes to the kitchen, turns on the light. And I wanted to ask him something, but didn't want to wake him. I wait for him to go back. The light goes off, I put down my phone, raise my head, and see him already stepping behind the doorway (I especially clearly remember the bare leg, which was the last thing to disappear from my view). Immediately in my head: "fuck, what now, go chase after him", I start to get up, and right then dad comes in from the kitchen. I stayed half-raised like that for a couple of minutes, with emptiness in my head.
