Two Stories: Poltergeist in an Apartment and the Voice of a Deceased Great-Grandmother

1) My girl currently lives in an apartment with her friend, the apartment belongs to that same friend. So, a couple of weeks ago (my girl has only been living there about a month) some paranormal activity started happening. Mostly it was sounds of things being thrown, like someone behind the wall in the other room deliberately dropping or throwing something. Then things started disappearing: the girl didn't specify which ones, but said that mostly small things disappear, and big things end up in different places, not where they were left.
But the biggest clusterfuck happened just the other day. The girl and her friend come back to the apartment after a walk and see that my girl's makeup is scattered all over the room and the balcony, where she had left all her stuff in a makeup bag, and the friend's makeup is on the contrary neatly packed into a makeup bag in the other room, even though the friend is sure that in the morning she was in a hurry and scattered all her shit around the room and didn't pack anything. Naturally they first thought of thieves, but all the valuable and not-so-valuable things were in place, and why would thieves neatly pack makeup into a bag. They called the friend's boyfriend, he cursed them out and said he was at work and hadn't been to the apartment, the friend's parents, who also have access to the apartment, were out of town that day.
The friend also said that as a child she was very afraid to stay overnight in this apartment (her grandma used to live there before), and especially afraid of the kitchen. Falling asleep with her parents in the room, they heard some unknown shit happening in the kitchen and plates throwing themselves, smashing against the walls.

2) And here's the second cool one. Told by an acquaintance of my good friend. So, as a child, at the age of 2, she often went with her parents to the village to her great-grandmother. This great-grandmother was rumored to be a so-called "white witch", something like a healer. Locals came to her with ailments and other misfortunes, and she helped - mushrooms for one, decoctions for another, and she also somehow took on other people's troubles. And soon this great-grandmother died and the friend's acquaintance claimed that the grandmother's soul moved into her.
How it looked: she started very often saying phrases of the deceased great-grandmother, namely "cutlets-cutlets", "I'll bake pies" etc. Well, she talked and talked, seems like nothing unusual, maybe she missed the grandma, or maybe it just unconsciously stuck in her childhood memory, but the creepiest part is that her voice at the same time wasn't a child's, but like an old woman's, very similar to the voice of that very great-grandmother. And she pronounced these phrases very clearly, while everything else she barely could articulate.
And the strangest case was when she was lying in her little bed in that village house on the eve of the funeral and sleeping, suddenly, to everyone's surprise, she got up on both feet, pointed her finger to the side and said again in the old woman's voice "Bury me over there".
The acquaintance herself doesn't remember any of these stories, her parents and other relatives told her. Why would they lie about such a thing, I don't see the point.

So there are two stories. To be honest, I'm more of a skeptic myself, as I already said, I've never experienced anything mystical, and I don't really believe in it, though it is intriguing. So maybe both stories can be explained by an impressionable female brain, or maybe it's all pure truth. At the very least, my girlfriend and the friend's acquaintance told this absolutely seriously.
