Ghosts of Deceased Patients in the ICU

My mom's friend works in the ICU, it's full of spooky shit there, sometimes there are really creepy cases when ghosts of the recently dead show up. What's notable is that it only happens on night shifts. She said even the cemetery watchmen recognize them, sometimes they have to mark some of them so they don't keep pestering. Because there's no creepier shit than the kind that shows itself to your eyes.
The head of the department used to laugh at them, but then one time he had to stay overnight, right when a very active ghost was raising hell there. So at night he ran out of the on-call room freaked out, shitting bricks, says he was sleeping, then like accidentally woke up, and there's a woman standing there, he recognized her even in the dark, called her by first and last name, who had croaked not long before.
