Poltergeist phenomena in a 1990s apartment

I have a simple story: born in '87, I remember myself from about 4 years old, we lived in a 4-room apartment on the first floor.
I was the younger brother, and my sisters often "divined" with a saucer (in the '90s that was very popular).
and maybe because of that (or maybe that's confusing cause and effect) there were light poltergeist manifestations in the house: at night in the kitchen the chairs would creak quietly (for some reason I imagined that's how it should be, that the chairs just stand like that and sway slightly, I was 4, what do you want).
I stayed home alone, didn't go to kindergarten for some reason, so I was shitting bricks: when everyone left for work, I'd sit down for some reason by the front door and sit there, afraid to go into the other rooms (though if you think about it, there's no difference).
one time I was sitting in the living room, watching TV (there were no computers back then), the curtain fell off the wall. well I decided that was normal and kept watching TV. in the evening my father wouldn't believe me at all that it fell by itself, and accused me of lying to him, idk why, maybe it was nailed on tight.
one time I was also watching TV, during the day, and in the room on the nightstand someone started rearranging-moving colognes (judging by the sounds), I shat bricks again, but there was nothing to do, so I kept watching TV.
the most traumatic was when one day I was home alone, watching TV, and then the door to the room started opening and closing, slamming.
and when I got up from the armchair intending to close it, it started slamming somehow menacingly, so in tears I obediently sat back down in the armchair, and it slammed less.
I think it stopped after about five minutes, and I apparently forgot about it again and kept watching TV, lol.
and at night it also seemed like someone was walking and sometimes peeking into the room, I was really jumpy.
my parents, of course, said it was them.

I think after I was five or six it stopped, I don't remember many such cases, then we moved.

anyway, recently my sister and I were talking about it (I think I brought it up), and she told me that at night she also heard sounds, that someone was knocking and such (classic), and she saw a ghost of a woman with a candle at night.

so, I grew up a bit nervous about that: even now sleeping alone in a place is so-so for me. I don't live alone in the apartment, I rent a room on Prospekt Mira, in a Stalin-era building.

I recently got sleep paralysis, and my neighbor said she gets them often, and not only in this place, but everywhere, so I don't worry about it.

but I get goosebumps, and I jump at sharp sounds, and sometimes I can be a bit afraid of the dark, anyway that's how it is.
