Paralyzed grandmother sees deceased neighbor and a shadow in the room

Sorry in advance for mistakes, I'm typing from my phone. I had a friend in childhood. His grandma was paralyzed. She was some kind of honored heroine of labor back in the USSR. And the kolkhoz decided to give her a special bed and an orthopedic mattress, in gratitude for past services, so to speak.

When this bed was supposed to be delivered, my buddy's parents weren't home. And my friend asked me to help bring this bed in (it was disassembled). The paralyzed grandma was naturally at home. Anyway, a UAZ van with the bed arrived. The driver helped us unload the boxes with parts and left. We started carrying these boxes into the house. We stacked them in the living room, and the grandma was in the next room. So I'm bringing in another box and I hear a scream from the room: "Ah you fucking monster! Get the fuck outta here!" I was stunned, at first I thought she was yelling at me. But then I suddenly got scared, thought maybe someone had broken into the house. The door was open there. I ran out of the house, told my friend that someone was in his grandma's room. We armed ourselves, me with a hoe, my friend with a shovel, and burst into the house. I stood watch in the living room, my friend carefully enters the grandma's room and a second later jumps out of there. I ask him what's up? And he says that there was a shadow next to the grandma's bed, about one meter eighty tall from the floor. But when he entered, according to him, this shadow shriveled into a point and disappeared. Slowly, together we entered the room. There's no one there except the grandma. We ask her if she saw anyone and who she was yelling at. And she answers us: "Yeah, San'ka Nikolaev came to me. That devil, fucking idiot. He pestered me all my youth, gave me no peace." We were of course shocked, but there's no one in the room except us and the grandma. Later my friend told this story to his parents and asked about this San'ka, that his grandma saw him. His parents told him that this San'ka was a neighbor long ago, lived in the house across the street, but died 20 years ago. By the way, that same day the grandma felt unwell, an ischemic attack or something like that.

But that's not all. A couple of years later, when my friend's grandma died. Shortly before that she saw some entities. She named two of them, also some already dead people she knew. And the third entity was supposedly some scary person.
