Disappearance and Reappearance of Items in an Apartment

Returning to the topic of domovois, I also recall a frequent trouble of my apartment... Even though the apartment is big, four rooms, there was always enough space, no clutter, a sort of minimalism. The eternal problem is the disappearance of things. Here it was, and a minute later it's gone. Of course, this doesn't apply to big things, but small items disappear here and there, and appear in unexpected places. A clear example is the episode when my mother was looking for a credit card and couldn't find it. With me there, we searched the whole apartment, looked several times in the drawer where everything always is, and nothing... And on the tenth time, repeating the same action, when opening the drawer, the card was lying right in the center, not tucked away, not hidden, as if it had always been there...
Also a phone disappeared once. Out of nowhere it vanished from the table, then I was with a buddy, just the two of us, he saw it all with his own eyes, how the phone just evaporated. During the search the whole apartment was checked. You'll ask, anon, why didn't you call? Answer: we called several times, but the phone was out of service (even though the signal in the apartment is good). In the end, after half an hour of searching, the mobile was found in the room where we were, on the couch under the blanket (it had been checked there repeatedly).
Also, a small icon appeared out of nowhere, it looked old and battered, had to throw it away.
Also, small things appeared, for example, I had a girl, when she visited she often left hair ties on the wardrobe door, and then we broke up, she wasn't around for a long time, but out of nowhere hair ties appeared several times. They disappeared into nowhere and appeared out of nowhere at one point.
