Black Figure in the Room with a Child on Its Shoulders

There are a couple of stories. Here's the first one.
My father told it to me when I was already a teenager, and when I retold it to my mom, she said something like, "so he did tell you after all."
We lived with my parents in a [devushka], I was about 2-3 years old. It was late, my mom and I were sleeping in the room. My old man worked on a marshrutka I think and sometimes came home late, and so as not to wake us, my mother and me, he'd go to sleep in the other room. And so one time he came home late just like that, lay down and turned on the TV, zoned out in front of it for a bit and went to sleep. And at some point he decided to open his eyes, and someone was standing in the middle of the room, he freaked the fuck out at that and dove under the blanket. Thought maybe he imagined it, crawled back out, and this black figure is still standing there just the same, only this time little me was sitting on its shoulders. My old man freaked the fuck out at that, jumped out of bed and turned on the light. He went into the room where my mom and I were and everything was fine, I was sleeping in my crib, and mom on her bed. After that incident grandma came over, who had lived there before, and said some words, something like, domovoi domovoi, come with me to the new house.
