Knocking at the Apartment Door and Subsequent Deaths

I'm posting my story. It'll look like graphomania, but I swear on my ass that this really happened, and exactly the way I wrote it.
I was about five years old, I was sitting in the big room of the apartment, and my grandma and mom were calming me down. I was really trying to calm down, telling them about Transformers through tears, that there are Minicons, Autobots, Decepticons. And someone was banging on the door from the other side, really fiercely and hard. Mom said then that it was a neighbor who fell in love with her, and dad would deal with him later.
Years later, at about 12, I asked mom about that neighbor. At first she didn't understand, and then she said - "that wasn't a neighbor"
And she told me - when she was young, she was sitting with a group of friends and her brother, and started hearing knocking on the fucking door. Gradually everyone gathered started hearing it, and she decided to check. When she approached the door, the knocking stopped. And the door handle was also twitching, about to break. She opened the door, and there was no one there, but she "clearly understood that she shouldn't have done that, and a cold chill ran through her". After that incident, everyone who was in the apartment died, except her. Her brother started using drugs and was hit by a car, he just stood in the middle of the highway. And about the others I don't know, she just said everyone died. So that's the story, anons. I still live in that apartment, and I haven't noticed anything like that, except for one case when a neighbor called grandma, and also knocked on the door, until recently I also thought it was creepy, but it turned out she constantly borrows money from us.
