Nighttime Rubbing Sound on the Carpet in the Room

I had this shit happen at night. I'm lying there, trying to fall asleep, and then something starts moving back and forth on the carpet. Like someone rubbing with their palm. I was lying facing the wall, and the noise was coming from 3 meters away from me, near the window. Right after the first sound I opened my eyes wide, my heart started pounding like crazy, sweat broke out all over my body. At first I thought maybe the neighbors were fucking, but the sound was definitely coming from my room. It was weird: 3 times the rubbing sound and then silence for exactly 1 minute, I even timed it. It went on for about 10 minutes, after which I jumped out of bed, without looking in the direction the sound was coming from, and ran to the kitchen, closed the door and didn't come out until morning, listening carefully for sounds, but I didn't hear anything else. And during those 10 minutes I lay in bed, I had the feeling that this shit was creeping closer and closer to me. Maybe if I hadn't run away then, it would have reached me and eaten me, heh.
In the morning I went into the room with a knife and yelled "COME OUT, BITCH", lol. It was scary as hell, of course, but I checked the wardrobe, looked under the bed, searched the whole room, but found nothing. I tried to imitate that sound, rubbed my palm on the carpet. The sound was similar. Well, since then nothing has bothered me at night. I don't know what it could have been.
